The Header Image
If you're using any version of Internet Explorer older than Version 7, here's what you're seeing:
If you're using any modern browser worth the time it takes to download it, here's what you'll see:
If you want to see the header image as it's meant to be seen, please download a newer browser. Here's a list to choose from:

If you ever see ' or " in the page, then you're using Internet Explorer. As discussed above, Internet Explorer is a poor choice of browser. ' is an HTML character entity for an apostrophe. Neither Internet Explorer 6 or 7 render character entities properly.
